When we moved away, I'm so glad we stayed in Minnesota and close enough to still go to the State Fair. And this year, we were blessed to go with Bethany, my niece, who is staying with my parents for a little while. So that was a blast going with her. Mostly lots of good food, but also just seeing some fun things, and buying a few. The pretzel dog may be a permanent fixture on our list for future years! Butter, white cheddar cheese and bacon drizzled all over a delicious pretzel with a hot dog inside. Yum! We had the best weather I think we've ever had. So it was a tiring and perfect day!
