We are pretty proud of both of the kids' reading, and Ava just asked Jack if she could read his Charlie and the Chocolate Factory chapter book. Not sure if she will really read all of it, but I'm happy she is interested in it.
Harvesting beans today! Our farmer friend is pretty excited about harvesting I think.
Shadow is our cat who is more like a dog. He likes to follow us around and loves attention. He walks all the way down our driveway (about a quarter of a mile) and back with us.
