Church goings on

We are excited about our church!  Here is what has been going on.  A few weeks ago, our family sang together for the first time.  We sang "Keep Walking with The Lord", and I even the heard the kids singing along.  So if we can gather more songs together, we may do it again.  

We have started some special Sundays which began this past Sunday with Missions Day.  We had our missionaries the Booths to Portugal in the services.  We were also able to have them stay with us and really enjoyed that and getting to know them.  Here is a men's group practicing that sang that day.

Also Kids 4 Truth has started!  We have changed a few things this year, and it seems to be going well.  The kids are having a good time and learning at the same time so that's the goal. 

The games are pretty fun to watch!  Here they are racing back to their team's side and throwing bean bags to try to dislodge theirs from the top of the cone.  

Another thing we have started that we have really enjoyed is Pizza with the Pastor on Sunday nights once a month.  We have had 3 of them, and it's been a great time getting together as always!  Here is the most recent one.  

Coming up - Family Day this next Sunday and a visit to Emma Krumbee's Apple Orchard!
