Walnut Grove field trip

I was able to go with Ava's class to Walnut Grove to see where "Little House on the Prairie" took place.  I loved the history of it.  I love that it took place in MN, and I love to see children's books that show how it was to grow up in MN back then.  Very fascinating! The kids loved it and got to pretend to live back in Laura's day.  

Graduation

We had two boys graduate this year, and I was able to have them in English class so I went up to the graduation last Sunday after church. I was glad I went. I also was able to go to one of the boy's party afterward.  He is into construction and had a bulldozer cake. Very nice graduation and party. Also fun to get some pictures of some of the people I love there.
